Job Title: Inside Sales Manager (North America, APAC, EMEA and India) Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹10 LPA + Weekly and Monthly Incentives Shift: Rotational Job Description: SimpliAxis is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our growing sales team for retail and enterprise business across the APAC, EMEA, India, and North America regions. This role is ideal for energetic and enthusiastic professionals who are eager to drive growth and explore new opportunities. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. This includes engaging prospective customers, building a network of partners, managing inbound inquiries from marketing activities, and executing outbound account growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive lead generation and customer acquisition in the North American market through enterprise and partnership sales. Lead Conversion: Achieve exceptional conversion rates on leads generated from marketing efforts. Account Management: Focus on expanding existing large accounts to establish recurring revenue streams. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers. Performance Metrics: Consistently meet key performance metrics related to input activities, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in leadership development, customer success, marketing, and product teams to achieve results. Sales Tools Utilization: Leverage available sales tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Process Adherence: Maintain strong adherence to the sales process and effective use of CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of international sales experience in product or education technology-based companies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Energy and Motivation: High energy level with a fast-paced personality, motivated by goals and performance metrics. Tech Savvy: Above-average computer and technical skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams regarding technology education products. CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce for managing the sales process is highly desirable. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premium institute is preferred.
