Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to drive our business growth.
Your role will be to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and effectively promote our products and services over phone, email, and virtual channels. If you have excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record in sales, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Research potential markets and customer needs to generate leads.
• Drive new business through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Present and explain products/services to customers.
• Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, performance, and progress.
• Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor the inside sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings.

Eligibility:

• Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
