Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Department: Human Resources Reporting to: HR Manager / Operations Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, coordinating office administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal details, etc.). Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain related documentation. Ensure HR documents are up-to-date and in compliance with legal requirements. Administration: Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth functioning. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance. Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions. Maintain records of company assets and inventory. Ensure adherence to company policies and office protocols. Support management with administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles. Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software/tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of integrity and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HRMS or payroll software. Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
