Role Overview:

LeapUp EduTech is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Manager to focus on selling our range of online courses. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, promoting our educational offerings, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, exceptional communication skills, and a proven sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue through direct and channel sales of education products and services.
Lead a team of Sales Executives/Associates and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets. Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships. Conduct counselling sessions and product demos for prospective clients. Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management review. Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and product positioning. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high conversion and retention rates. Train and mentor new sales hires.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in EdTech or education services. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Familiarity with CRM tools. Passionate about education and student outcomes.
