About the Role

Inside Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers via outbound calls
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up consistently to close sales and build strong customer relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2C Sales (EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite sales environment
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
