Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager Inside Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive inside sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through inbound and outbound communication.
Collaborate with the business development and delivery teams to convert opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales performance reports.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

3 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the IT consulting or technology services industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs.
Immediate joiners preferred.
