About the Role:

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct initial outreach to inbound/outbound leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

·        Understand customer needs and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.

·        Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM.

·        Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

·        Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements:

·        Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

·        Strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.

·        Self-motivated with the ability to handle targets and deadlines.

·        Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation will be an advantage.
