Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving our company's sales. You will be the first point of contact for most of our clients, helping them understand the value of our products and services. Your role will also involve identifying potential clients and persuading them to engage with our creative process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other sales strategies.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate services
  • Conduct online presentations and demos to explain our products & services and value proposition.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closure
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure the client's needs are met effectively.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, ideally within a IT field or related telecom industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of proficiency in English.
