Job Description

We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Delhi)

Vin Industries – PVC Additives | Stabilizers | Lubricants |

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer inquiries related to PVC additives, chemical additives , lubricants, and specialty chemicals.
Understand technical requirements and coordinate with the technical team for product recommendations.
Prepare quotations, technical data sheets (TDS), COAs, and application-specific documents.
Support field sales team with follow-ups, documentation, and customer coordination.
Track sample dispatches, feedback, trials, approvals, and repeat orders.
Maintain CRM, customer database, and sales pipeline.
Generate daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with supply chain for inventory updates.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in
technical sales / inside sales
(preferably in PVC, chemicals, polymer additives, plastics).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical points clearly.
Good command of MS Excel, documentation, and CRM tools.
Customer-focused mindset, organised, and proactive.
Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry/Polymer), B.Tech (Chemical/Plastic), B.Com/BBA with technical understanding.
