We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Wedgraphy, a leading wedding photography company. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the wedding industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and preferences to tailor photography packages that align with their vision and budget. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Wedgraphy's wedding photography services. Clearly articulate the unique value propositions and competitive advantages of our offerings. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on client requirements. Create persuasive proposals that highlight the quality and creativity of our photography services. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company. Close sales deals in a timely and professional manner. Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement. Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the marketing and photography teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and client preferences to improve services. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and coordinating with the operations team to meet client expectations. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or photography industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Passion for photography and understanding of wedding industry trends. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
