Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Conduct consultative sales discussions with prospects to understand their learning objectives and

challenges.

 Present our training solutions and demonstrate how they align with the client's needs and goals.

 Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence in our

training offerings.

 Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the

sales process.

 Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and activities in the CRM system.

 Track and manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progress through the sales

stages.

 Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management team.

 Continuously strive to exceed individual and team sales goals.

 Stay up-to-date with our training programs, course offerings, and industry trends to effectively

communicate their value to potential clients.

 Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts with marketing

campaigns and initiatives.

 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline updates, and achievement

of targets.

Requirements:

 Any Bachelor's degree or a related field.

 2+ Year Experience in Sales

 Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

 Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role in the training industry or related field.

 Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend

appropriate solutions.

 Understanding of the training industry, including training methodologies, certifications, and market

trends.

 A positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional

development.
