As an Inside Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in inbound sales within the Commercial Real Estate industry, your role is vital in managing incoming sales inquiries, effectively communicating with potential clients, and converting leads into loyal clients. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, shaping their perceptions of our company and services. Your deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key assets for this role. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting needs assessments, and providing tailored solutions will be your primary responsibilities. Successful candidates will demonstrate meeting sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and the drive to continuously improve sales skills. Responsibilities: - Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. - Qualify leads and conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. - Effectively present real estate services and solutions to potential clients. - Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop compelling sales strategies. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in the Commercial Real Estate sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement. - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Proactive and results-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed in sales.,
