Job Overview

StackDot is hiring motivated freshers who want to build a long-term career in international IT sales.

This role focuses on international lead generation for global markets including US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East, and supports the Business Development Executive (BDE) team by delivering qualified leads.

Inside Sales Executives (ISEs) are trained to grow into Business Development Executives, making this an ideal role for candidates who are disciplined, consistent, and eager to learn sales from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities - International Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential international clients using LinkedIn, job portals, Google research, and online tools
  • Generate, filter, and qualify leads for the BDE team
  • Understand basic client requirements and pass accurate information to senior BDEs

Initial Communication

  • Send professional outreach messages and emails to prospects
  • Introduce company services clearly and confidently
  • Schedule meetings or calls for the BDE team

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily and weekly lead reports (CRM / Excel)
  • Share regular updates with the BDE lead
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth lead handovers

Activity Targets

  • Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets
  • Maintain LinkedIn and email outreach volumes
  • Deliver qualified leads to BDEs
  • Meet meeting-scheduling goals

Required Skills

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident, clear, and professional speaking ability
  • Strong research and online navigation skills
  • Ability to work fast and follow instructions accurately
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn (training will be provided)
  • Strong follow-up habits and work discipline
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn sales from scratch
