Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (US Market) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 0- 2 years preferred Industry: IT/Software Services/SaaS Office Location: 1st floor, IndiQube Platina, 15 Commissariat Road, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka- 560025 Working Hours: 6 PM - 3 AM IST - 5days Work from Office Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our US sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. This role is critical in building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth in the US market. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective follow-ups and CRM updates. Conduct product/service presentations and virtual demos to potential customers. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their challenges. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support lead generation campaigns. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of inside sales or telesales experience, preferably in the US market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral US accent preferred. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Nice to Have: Experience in selling IT services, SaaS, or B2B software solutions. Knowledge of sales techniques like consultative selling, solution selling. Prior experience dealing with clients in specific US industry verticals
