Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

    Proactively contact and engage institutions/students (cold calling, email) to find potential clients.
  • Needs Assessment & Counseling:

    Understand academic/career goals to offer suitable programs/EdTech solutions (e.g., course selection, software benefits).
  • Product Presentation:

    Conduct virtual demos and presentations of educational products/services.
  • Sales & Conversion:

    Guide prospects through the sales funnel, negotiate, and close deals to meet targets.
  • CRM & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records, update CRM (Salesforce, etc.), and provide sales forecasts/reports.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with Marketing for lead quality, strategy alignment, and product feedback.
  • Customer Service:

    Ensure satisfaction and support during the enrollment/onboarding process.
