Inside Sales Executive

Job Description: Inside Sales RepresentativeResponsibilitiesSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls/emails. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Qualify opportunities and route them to the relevant sales executives for further development and closure. Drive sales to meet and exceed quarterly quotas. Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest. Build, manage, and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory. Conduct engaging online product demonstrations for prospects. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and keep account information up to date. Provide timely and reliable sales forecasts. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and optimize lead-generation strategies. Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage renewals, and identify upselling opportunities. RequirementsProven inside sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong phone presence with the ability to make high volumes of calls daily. Proficiency with corporate productivity tools and online presentation platforms. Hands-on experience working with CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
