🚨 Now Hiring Store Recruitment Executives (SRE) 🚨 📍 Locations: Gurgaon - 60 South Delhi - 50 Address - Gurgaon HO & East Delhi -20 Noida / G Noida / Ghaziabad -20 North & West Delhi - 30 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 CTC Offered: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and dynamic recruiters to join our team as Store Recruitment Executives (SREs). In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end hiring of delivery boys and ensure timely manpower availability to meet delivery targets. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Recruitment & Sourcing – Field visits, local networks, referrals, walk-ins, recruitment drives (colleges, tea stalls, markets, hotspots). ✅ Screening & Shortlisting – Check age, DL, vehicle availability, and background check readiness. ✅ Onboarding & Documentation – Collect documents (ID, DL, RC, PAN, etc.), support induction, ensure compliance. ✅ Coordination & Reporting – Maintain trackers, share hiring reports, coordinate manpower needs. ✅ Retention Support – Assist new joiners with queries and improve joining-to-retention ratio. Requirements: 6 months – 2 years of field recruitment/delivery hiring experience (preferred). Strong local area knowledge & sourcing network. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Comfortable with fieldwork & store visits. Basic computer knowledge for reporting.
