Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive/Manager at Mykare Health, a leading healthcare startup focused on building India's largest affordable and trusted hospital network, your primary mission will be to convert leads into surgical consultations. Your role will involve cold calling, pitching services, empathizing with patient pain points, and ensuring smooth surgical procedures. Your key responsibilities will include converting inbound leads into surgical consultations through effective communication and objection handling, proactively following up with leads, initiating outbound calls to potential leads, tailoring pitches to address individual patient needs, developing a deep understanding of patients" pain points and concerns, providing information to build trust and guide patients towards informed decisions, effectively addressing patient objections with empathy, assisting patients in coordinating surgical procedures, providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies, and continuously improving sales processes to enhance lead conversion rates. To qualify for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, proven experience in inside sales preferably in healthcare consulting or a related field, exceptional cold calling, objection handling, and consultative selling skills, deep understanding of healthcare procedures and patient concerns, outstanding communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills, results-driven and self-motivated attitude, proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, willingness to adapt to new healthcare technologies and services, flexibility in adapting to evolving circumstances and market dynamics.
