Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for our website design and development services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, digital solutions, and helping businesses grow online. Key Responsibilities:Contact potential leads via phone, email, and online channels to promote website services. Understand client needs and explain the benefits of website development, redesign, or digital presence enhancement. Generate new business by converting leads into customers. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM tools. Provide basic demos or walkthroughs of website features or service offerings. Educate clients on website benefits like SEO readiness, mobile responsiveness, UI/UX, etc. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical aspects of website design and explain them to non-technical clients. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
