Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up on online inquiries
promptly and professionally.
Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely quotations
based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with customers
to facilitate smooth communication and ensure successful deal closures.
Maintain and update
records of inquiries, quotations, sales pipelines, and customer interactions
.
Provide
regular sales reports, follow-up updates, and MIS data
to the Sales Manager.
Ensure
high levels of customer satisfaction
through effective communication and service support.
Collaborate with internal teams to support order processing, delivery, and post-sales follow-ups.
Knowledge of electronic products / electronic components
will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
0 - 1 years of experience in
sales coordination

customer service
, or
inside sales
roles.
Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
, CRM tools, and email communication.
Ability to prepare accurate quotations and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
