Job Description

We are Hiring:  Inside Sales/business development

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales/business development

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound sales strategies

  • Conduct cold calls and engage C-level stakeholders confidently

  • Schedule meetings and product discussions with prospective clients

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients

  • Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools

  • Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages

  • Monitor performance metrics to consistently achieve targets

  • 3+ years of outbound B2B or SaaS sales experience (US sales exposure preferred)

  • Mandatory experience in AEC industry sales or services

  • Comfortable working in the US EST night shift

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers

  • High ownership mindset with a result-driven attitude

  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
