We are Hiring: Inside Sales/business development Location: Remote (Work From Home) Shift: US EST | 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST Working Days: 5 Days Industry: AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) Mandatory Role Overview We are looking for a driven Inside Sales/business development with strong experience across the complete outbound sales cycle. The ideal candidate should be confident in building new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and closing deals. Prior experience working with or selling to AEC industry clients is a key requirement. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound sales strategies Conduct cold calls and engage C-level stakeholders confidently Schedule meetings and product discussions with prospective clients Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages Monitor performance metrics to consistently achieve targets Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of outbound B2B or SaaS sales experience (US sales exposure preferred) Mandatory experience in AEC industry sales or services Comfortable working in the US EST night shift Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers High ownership mindset with a result-driven attitude Experience with CRM tools is a plus Mandatory Work Setup (Company will NOT provide) Own laptop or desktop Stable WiFi internet connection Headphones Willingness to work night shifts Company Profile Founded in 2021, the company specializes in Architectural Production and BIM consulting services , supporting AEC firms with precise, code-compliant, and construction-ready project deliveryensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met with confidence.
