To know more visit: www.kyari.co Key Responsibilities Area: Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, or other channels, focusing on target audience. Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into customers, meeting or exceeding set sales targets. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire new customers through persuasive selling techniques tailored to the category. Implement strategies to retain customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and consumer preferences. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop in-depth knowledge of products and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers. Create engaging presentations or sales pitches highlighting the benefits of offerings. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales stages. Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer records, track interactions, and manage follow-ups efficiently. Customer Engagement and Support: Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide pre-sales and after-sales support. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Executive or a similar role, preferably in corporate gifting. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online communication channels.
