Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive in Kochi to consult homeowners, explain SmartSelect packages, and convert leads into paying customers. You will be the first point of contact, guiding them through designer, contractor, and product choices.
What You ll Do
Call & engage with inbound leads (ads, campaigns, referrals)
Understand homeowner needs & explain SmartSelect value
Convert leads into customers ( 5L- 25L project sizes)
Manage leads & pipeline in CRM for smooth closures
Share feedback to improve sales & marketing
What We re Looking For
1-3 yrs in telesales/inside sales (interiors, real estate, insurance, lifestyle sales preferred)
Freshers with excellent communication welcome
Strong English + Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
Consultative, customer-first sales approach
Target-driven & high ownership mindset
