As an Account Manager Supply, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end
relationship with service professionals in your city. This role is a mix of strategic account
management and on-ground execution. You will ensure active engagement of professionals
on the Kolo platform by understanding their needs, supporting their growth, and driving
platform adoption.
Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of professionals (architects, interior
designers, builders, contractors)
Meet professionals on-ground regularly at their offices, project sites, or showrooms to
build trust and ensure ongoing engagement
Drive onboarding, quality control, and performance tracking of professionals on the
platform
Ensure professionals complete and maintain high-quality profiles (project uploads,
service details, pricing, etc.)
Educate professionals on Kolo s lead generation, branding, and business tools;
ensure they adopt and use these features actively
Monitor lead engagement, ensure timely responses from professionals, and help
them close opportunities efficiently
Act as the single point of contact for issue resolution, feedback collection, and
performance improvement
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Ops, Product, Support) to enhance supply
experience and retention
