Responsibilities:

  Handle multiple clients with diverse requirements, providing tailored advice and solutions.

  Conduct online meetings to understand user needs and preferences.



• 
  

  Prepare detailed reports to enhance the overall customer experience.



• 
  

  Allocate the right resources to meet customer needs effectively.



• 
  

  Coordinate and assist programs with the Lead Advisor to ensure smooth operations.



• 
  

  Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and consistent client support.



• 
  

  Own and drive site visits to meet conversion targets.

Requirements:

• 
  

  Education: Interior Design/Architectural background.



• 
  

  2-3 years of experience in the home construction industry in a client-facing role.



• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills.



• 
  

  Experience in understanding customer requirements and providing solutions.



• 
  

  Passion for home design and customer satisfaction.
