Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Maharashtra As an Advisor at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, advising them on suitable insurance solutions, and developing need-based financial strategies. The Advisor will actively engage with potential customers, maintain relationships, and deliver personalized service to achieve business objectives. The role also includes meeting sales targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and participating in training sessions to enhance professional knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning
• Proficiency in time management, goal setting, and multitasking
• Graduate degree in any discipline; professional certification in financial planning is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
