Role & responsibilities

Role: Inside Sales Executive - EST

Location: Chennai - Thoraipakkam

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Engage with leads through outbound cold calls to identify opportunities and convert them into potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and nurture a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
International B2B Sales: Leverage your experience in international cold calling to establish connections with businesses, particularly in the IT, SAAS, and ERP sectors.
Customer Engagement: Understand client needs, present relevant solutions, and position the companys products and services effectively.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify prospective clients and tailor sales strategies to target them.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams to align sales efforts with broader business strategies.
Follow-up: Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and close deals successfully
