Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:
Engage with leads through outbound cold calls to identify opportunities and convert them into potential clients.
Pipeline Management:
Build, maintain, and nurture a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
International B2B Sales:
Leverage your experience in international cold-calling to establish connections with businesses, particularly in the IT, SAAS, and ERP sectors.
Customer Engagement:
Understand client needs, present relevant solutions, and effectively position the company's products and services.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify prospective clients and tailor sales strategies to target them.
CRM Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams to align sales efforts with broader business strategies.
Follow-Up:
Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and close deals successfully.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience (2 to 4 years) in international cold-calling, lead generation, and B2B sales, preferably in IT/SAAS/ERP domains.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with decision-makers effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work in the EST time zone and handle time-sensitive opportunities.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in learning about customer needs.
