Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify new business prospects and convert them into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services & consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email marketing, etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently from home office environment while meeting deadlines.
