Job Title:

Role & responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients for staffing and HRMS services.
Working on our Internal Platform.
Conduct cold calls, email campaign and online networking to generate qualified leads.
Understand clients core administrative functions of human resources department &

customise HRMS solution in line with clients requirements.

Maintain and update CRM with daily call reports and client interactions.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Build strong long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and support.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate OR MBA Fresher with 0 - 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development, preferably in HR, Recruitment, or Staffing domain.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong sense of professionalism and ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
