Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive / Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT Services and Consulting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building robust sales pipelines, with a focus on SMBs, SMEs, Startups, and Fortune 500 clients globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate new business leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the Business Development/Sales team.
  • Understand client requirements and present the company’s IT solutions effectively.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate prospect information.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead targets.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English with international clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
