Roles and Responsibilities :

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive business growth.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to identify their needs and provide solutions using IT services and consulting expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and execute them effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Job Requirements :

0-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, or related fields (e.g., internet sales).
Strong communication skills for effective cold calling, telephone conversations, and email correspondence.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
