Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive , your primary responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving the sales process. You will actively engage with potential clients through various communication channels, such as email, social media, and cold calling, to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach : Proactively identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn. Initial Contact : Use prospecting strategies to initiate conversations and establish relationships with potential clients. Understand Customer Needs : Determine the needs, challenges, and goals of prospective customers to tailor solutions accordingly. Sales Qualification : Assess customer interest in the companys products and services and qualify leads to ensure alignment with business goals. Schedule Discovery Meetings : Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule and arrange discovery meetings with qualified prospects. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales process and increase the likelihood of closing deals. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software and track progress toward sales quotas. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to refine sales strategies, share insights, and improve the overall sales process. Requirements & Skills Experience : Proven experience as a Business Development Representative , Inside Sales Executive , or similar role (1+ year of experience required). Sales Techniques : Hands-on experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales techniques. Target Achievement : Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. CRM Experience : Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred. Lead Qualification : Experience managing the lead generation process and qualifying prospects. Sales Metrics Understanding : Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and deliver compelling presentations. Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation abilities to handle customer objections and close deals effectively. Time Management : Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a similar role within the US market . Familiarity with sales tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
