Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive sales growth. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Known Language: Tamil, English, Hindi(preferable) Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field. Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for lead tracking and reporting purposes. Strong presentation skills for persuasive pitches over the phone or via video conferencing.
