Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive inquiries and admissions for

    online/blended learning programs

    in

    Data Science (AI & ML)

    for international learners.
  • Manage the

    complete sales cycle

    from engaging qualified leads to program enrollment.
  • Counsel experienced professionals via

    phone, email, or chat

    to identify suitable programs for their career advancement.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain and update

    MIS reports

    , CRM records, and lead tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and enhance learner experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree

    (preferably in a technical or scientific discipline).
  • 1.year of experience

    in counseling, inside sales, or B2C sales (preferably in the

    EdTech

    sector).
  • Excellent

    communication, persuasion, and relationship-building

    skills.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office

    (especially Excel).
  • Strong

    sales acumen

    and a passion for education and career development.
