Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers and retail partners to promote Provilac’s dairy products.
  • Handle daily sales operations including cold calling, lead generation, and field visits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Educate clients about product benefits, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or dairy sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office tools and CRM software.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
