Job Description:
I am seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join my team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect outreach, and supporting business development activities to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and professional networking.
Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales leadership team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information.
Follow up on event-based and marketing-qualified leads.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outreach campaigns.
Prepare and share proposals or introductory materials with clients.
Support pre-sales activities and assist with pipeline tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development (preferably in IT or Technology Services).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools ( HubSpot, or similar).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to international sales or B2B clients.
Understanding of IT services/ software services.
Strong written and presentation skills.
