Role Overview

Inside Sales Executive

B2B SaaS sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and manage inbound leads.
  • Understand customer needs, pain points, and business goals to pitch DexKor’s solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase value.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and sales enablement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to the product team to improve offerings.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum

    1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management

    (preferably in SaaS/Tech).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal).
  • Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Familiarity with using CRMs, sales tools, and lead-generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup.


Good to Have (Bonus Points)

  • Prior experience selling SaaS products or B2B software solutions.
  • Knowledge of customer success or CX space.
  • Exposure to international sales (US/Europe markets).
  • Understanding of sales automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, etc.).
