Job Title: Associate (Sales) - Insight Sales / Lead Generator

Job Location: Kolkata

Requirements:

1+ years in outbound B2B lead generation and sales prospecting roles.
Proficiency in cold-calling strategies, lead-qualification methods, and structured sales outreach.
Experience in CRM platforms for managing pipelines, updating records, and tracking lead interactions.
Experience with market research techniques to identify prospects, industries, and competitive patterns.
Experience in call campaigns, email sequences, and multi-channel communication workflows.
Experience in presenting product/service value propositions to drive early-stage buyer engagement.
Strong communication skills for interacting with prospects and collaborating with internal sales teams.

Responsibilities:
