Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, convincing power, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Make cold calls to potential clients based on available data and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and close leads into sales.
Utilize outbound telesales techniques to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new products and services and effectively communicate them to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
