Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our IT Services sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for IT services including Application Development, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and related offerings
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and product/service presentations for the sales team
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications with prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and smooth handover
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports on pipeline and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in IT services)
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as Application Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
