SCCM Administrator

The responsibilities of this role include: - Managing application deployments by raising tickets with the global team and preparing packages for deployments, followed by manual and pilot testing before deploying to production. - Creating collections based on specific requirements and providing them to the global team. - Addressing SCCM client-related issues and providing support. - Monitoring deployments and sending reports to clients as per their requirements. - Removing old hostnames from SCCM by deleting exit/schedule replacements. - Handling software compliance activities and ensuring patch management and deployment. - Working on ARM (Admin Rights Management) tickets, granting access to users upon ticket approval, and conducting monthly reconciliation activities. - Managing patch compliance activities to achieve 100% compliance in pilot deployments and 95% compliance in production deployments. - Generating and sending ARM reports to clients and preparing various types of reports based on client requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
