Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer (IT Support) at our company, your role will involve providing on-site support for laptops, desktops, and printers at various client locations. You should possess basic troubleshooting knowledge and be willing to travel within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: - Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops and desktops - Provide support for hardware issues including RAM, HDD, motherboard, etc. - Install, configure, and maintain printers and related peripherals - Handle on-site service requests and ensure timely resolution - Maintain records of repairs, service logs, and inventory - Coordinate with the central IT team for escalated issues - Ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service Requirements: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT support or similar role - Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software - Familiarity with printer installation and troubleshooting - Good communication and customer-handling skills - Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred) - Willingness to travel within the assigned region The company offers a monthly in-hand salary of 15,000 along with an additional 4,500 towards Provident Fund.
