Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive with 1 6 years of experience, preferably in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, skilled in client engagement, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through channels like cold calling, email outreach, and inbound inquiries.
Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales while consistently meeting monthly targets.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Provide ongoing feedback and insights to the sales leadership team.

Requirements:

1 to 6 years of experience in inside sales; EdTech experience is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
