Prioritized daily workflows, including all inbound calls, quotes, and sales-related inquiries. Maintained friendly and professional customer interactions at all times. Answered customers questions regarding products, prices, and availability Have a work experience of Govt Business (preferable). Able to generate revenue through Govt Tenders, Business. Proficient in making Budgetary Sales Quotations, Basic Proposals etc. Good Communication & Negotiation skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions Greet customers and create rapport Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders Responsible for customer follow-up Developing leads and referrals Develops Sales opportunities Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers. Basic knowledge of MS Office
