Job Description: As an Inside Sales Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their needs and recommending suitable ERP and automation solutions. You will be managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demos to closing deals, all while collaborating effectively with technical and support teams. Ideal candidates for this role will have an engineering background, strong communication skills, and previous experience in consultative or solution-based sales. Additionally, work-from-home options are available for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients - Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions - Managing the entire inside sales process to close new business opportunities - Providing product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests - Submitting orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes - Providing technical training to client staff as required - Complying with legal requirements by keeping abreast of existing and upcoming versions and advising the customer on product, service, or equipment adherence - Preparing sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends - Contributing to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues and recommending options and courses of action Qualification Required: - Diploma/degree in Engineering or a related field, with exposure to ERP / Industrial automation - Strong prior experience as a junior or mid-level or junior inside sales engineer - Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to multitask effectively - Strong experience in consultative sales and managing senior-level relationships - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets - B-tech with a Masters in Business Administration or similar qualifications preferred Job Description: As an Inside Sales Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
