Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Engineer based in Chennai, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting sales processes, preparing quotations, and providing technical expertise to clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring successful integration of technical solutions that meet client needs. Qualifications Experience and skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Sales Engineering Proficiency in preparing Quotations and providing Technical Support Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members Capability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ERPNext systems, or process automation solutions is preferred Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is desirable
