Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of sales or telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers
• Explain Solar Max products and services to leads and prospects
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and ensure timely follow-ups
• Schedule appointments for field sales teams when needed
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, telesales, or telecalling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus
