Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator based in Patna. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with clients. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to drive sales efforts and provide excellent customer service.

Inside Sales Executive: Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
• Research and qualify leads before initiating contact.

2 Client Communication

• Contact prospects to present company products or services.
• Explain features, benefits, pricing, and solutions to meet client needs.

3 Sales Follow-ups

• Maintain follow-ups on leads, demos, and proposals.
• Nurture relationships to convert leads into opportunities.

4 CRM Management

• Update client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline stages.
• Maintain accurate records and report daily/weekly performance.

5 Demo Scheduling

• Coordinate with the technical or product team to schedule and prepare for product demonstrations.

6 Achieving Sales Targets

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Participate in performance reviews and strategy sessions.

7 Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach and feedback.
• Share insights from client interactions to improve products/services.

8 Market Research

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
